LEEDS Group was first established as Career Chart Consultancy in 1997. The business then expanded to form Leeds HR Solutions in Singapore in the year 2005. Headquartered in Singapore, our branch offices are situated in India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Abu Dhabi and Cambodia and is now a Singapore’s leading recruitment consultancy company.
Leeds HR Solutions honed its expertise for almost a decade in manpower training, recruitment, and manpower supply to industries such as Marine, Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Health Care & Services.
To ensure high standards of in-house training and testing of selected skilled candidates, Leeds Skill Training Centre was set up in Chennai – India, in an area of 16,500 sq ft. Leeds Skill Development Centre was later started in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to enhance the skills of employees before they get deployed to client companies. Both the Training and Development Centres are accredited by ITE Education Services, Singapore.
In 2015, Leeds expanded into a group of companies with the establishment of Leeds Security Pte Ltd and Leeds HR Consultancy LLC. Leeds Group of Companies seek to be leaders in Manpower, Safety and Security Consulting, Training, Recruitment and Outsourcing in Singapore and the Middle East.

Selvakumar is the founding Managing Director of the Group. He first set up Career Chart Consultancy in 1997 and thereafter Leeds HR Solutions in 2005. He has worked up the ranks as a tool and die maker, and technician, before finally embarking on his manpower venture. He has a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a NTC (Grade Two).

Redhza is the Director of the Group, responsible for the development and expansion of the companies. Redhza has 20 years of experience in the Singapore Police Force and was last a Superintendent of Police. He also served in Abu Dhabi Police as a Security Expert. He has a MSc. Strategic Studies (NTU) and BSc. Computer Science (NUS).

Leeds Security seeks to be a leading security agency with highly-skilled security officers who are trained not just in safety and security aspects, but workplace safety and health practices as well.
Security officers employed under the company would have at least 2 years of experience in the industry, and also include retired police officers with substantial experience serving in the police force. Both full-time and relief security officers are available under Leeds Security.
Leeds Security ensures high standards of performance among its security officers by having regular audits of deployed security officers carried out by its Operations Managers, as well as security audits with client companies.

It has 6 interview rooms with a 300-person seating capacity and waiting area, briefing rooms for examinations, orientation activities and seminars for applicants, 8 to 10 in-house Technical Evaluators to interview on the ground floor, and upcoming new facilities to provide effective service to both clients and applicants.
Applicants from remote provinces: Leeds provides free accommodation to trainees, applicants and selected applicants who are being processed for deployment. The lodging facility can accommodate 200 people.
Trade testing is done in-house under the supervision of highly competent personnel to send only the most qualified applicants to client companies.
